[i][color=Brown]*A second voice follows the first, the deep monotone somehow reaching though the sound to be farther off then the one attempting to transmit.*[/color][/i] Try the other channel, Charley. Charley: Hold on, Sed… [i] [color=Brown]*There is some sounds of clicking and heavy static before the transition starts to come out clearer.*[/color][/i] Charley: Ok.. Got it. Greeting… Earth I suppose. This is an S.O.S. distress signal from the resistance of Seattle. Power supplies are down, and all major roadways are flooded. Foods and supplies have been cut off. Bandits fill the woods. Bloodsuckers control the towers with unholy kin. Cats scourge the swamped city grounds and do what they can to cull the rats, but sickness is still rampant. [i][color=Brown]*An uneasy silence before the voice continues.*[/color][/i] If there are any free humans still out there.. Stay safe… Stay hidden… Stay away. Do not trust any of the humans of the city, they are slaves to the Vampire and demonic overlords. They are the eyes and ears, anything they hear, goes to their masters. Do not try to free them, they are already lost. The cats are mercenaries and can not be trusted. They will sell you out for a loaf of bread. [i] [color=Brown]*A second pause, and the voice lowers, an almost whisper despite the open transition as growls and rumbles start to echo outwards rather then words*[/color][/i] [color=Gray]*:Lycan/:* My wolf brothers. We continue the effort as ever on getting our homelands back. They treat us like pets and toys… but we -will- get our homeland back. The free humans have helped but it is not enough. The south quarter is taken. We are desperately in need of food, ammunitions and supplies. If you are out there, and if you hear this, aid us in our cause. Stand with us. | Missy | I loved it! Very different from anything else posted here too. I love how original and unique the styles of storytelling are expressed here. Shouldn't be surprising really considering the diversity of the people behind the words and the stories. I liked the inclusion of the free source images (don't look at the Macro conversation thread if the use of "borrowed" images bothers you though, heheheh). Excellently done!
