I'm bored, another poem, another message, if you don't like it, don't read it.♥ )) ++++ +Young Cowards. ++++ By, Kelly Welch, a.K.a Ziau Jua +Better to be young, and afraid of it all +Than too old and too gray to answer it's call. +What is life, when you have so much to die for +And what is dieing, when your still alive on your bathroom floor? +Suicide is as creative as people who watch clouds +It takes imagination, but there are always your doubts. +Not condoning, it's as foolish as they come +But people whom watch clouds cannot compare to those drunk on rum. +When you can't take away what you have yet to be given +Then you are far too deep, and have done your share of living. +There will always be young cowards alive in this world +Who would rather follow a line that is twisted and curled. +They would rather see drama, fill it up to the top +They would rather die from it, when the words do not stop. +Some call it brave, to not give in to fears +But I have been alive for so little years. +And through my youth, and my cowardice persè +I thought that it would be best, to give up my days +I found out that it's wretched, not the dieing I mean +Because my life having meaning to another is obscene. +No, I mean that the dependents, they would perish in wake +And I hate to admit it, but a few hearts would break. +But, here I am, soldiering through complaint +Acting like I am better, like the world's next martyred saint. +I know I am small, I am weak, and I am hated +But each and every emotion can be easily debated. +Those that detest me can say what they will +But only a young coward did swallow those pills. +Like every young coward, I hide behind a screen +And I truly know what "escaping" can mean. +So, I ask you young coward, are you thinking of death +Because I can tell you, cherish every last breath. +If you think that you are ready, to move on and fall apart +Look around you, look at the others, think of their hearts. +Do you really want them to break, whether it be one or many +Do you really want to take your self away from those that aren't ready? +If you are still answering yes, they you are probably a fool +Being a young coward is no excuse to be a tool. +You can still be bold, you can still be grand or great +You can still touch the hearts of those in which you relate. +I know it sounds stupid, or even corny to hear +But if you are a young coward, you can relate to the fear. +I swear this, and the message is certain +Think of the hardship you will bring before you pull the curtains. | 08/23/09 08:28 |

| Kayteear | Well conceived. It reminds me those who randomly kill anyone on their way and when they are done they finish by commiting suicide. The hell! Couldn't they commit suicide _before_ killing anyone else? Real young cowards; they are not enough courageous to face their responsibilities after commiting a masacre.
