The Haymaker Reaper is the latest addition to the Delta Project Haymaker cyberpunk range. Though visally similar, it is quite different from the Shocker, which was a CCS enhanced gun. The Reaper is a blade, offering CCS enhanced damage with a choice of three costing methods. It also has an unreliable toxin dispersal system that may if you are lucky poison your opponent, but that may also leak nasty mercury stuff over you.
