Seems like no matter what I do, Sicarius Fegte, the alleged fraud artist behind the theft of the CCS system, continues to read this website and continues to attempt to twist what he reads here into helpful little lies to attempt to fragment and destroy the CCS Network.

So once again its time for me to counter some of these lies....publically, because I can do that, its not libel if its true...after all. The following are direct quotes from Sicarius Fegte to a CCS sim owner/admin, who will remain nameless as they are blameless in the situation.

Actually anyone that has read the thread thoroughly knows that NO one is losing their levels, that I intend to run the systems side by side, and to eventually provide an XP bridge from version I to version II of the CCS systems. But hey it just sounds better if you can just tell people what you want them to think, so you can get them on your side of the conversation really quickly.....manipulation 101, after all.

And we're not killing levels, we've found a better way of character development that transcends levels entirely, but it still requires XP tick as the "fuel" that drives development of a character, so thus sims that are at 6xp are still at 6xp and sims that are at 8xp are at 8xp and both rates will heavily benefit not just CCSI but CCSII as well.

Oh and the final comment, how kind of him to ensure people tell their friends, because lots of people are leaving CCS for WARPS and DCS and they're pissed.....but...wait...isn't it a bunch of WARPS players we're seeing showing up in CCS and DCS sims? I'm pretty sure it is. And my sims still pulling an average of 50k traffic a week, the top European an South American sims too, are doing extremely well for themselves. So....once again there's the truth, then there's whatever Sicarius is telling you...that isn't the truth...at all.

Once again CCSI levels aren't going to be affected, CCSI XP will eventually be able to bridge to CCSII character sheets, nothing is lost, and everyone gains a lot. 

And yes the people that paid for the XP ticks are furious....furious because their XP tick increase will make CCSII leveling even more efficient in their sims than CCSI leveling is now! FURIOUS I TELL YOU!

I did charge for 5xp first, because sims were 4 and 5xp sims, then we adjusted our leveling curve because unlike WARPS, CCS doesn't fucking BREAK every time a character reaches level 21, so when we adjusted the leveling curve I updated the sim XP rates, everyone who had 4xp went to 6xp, everyone that had 5xp went to 8xp, and NOBODY that had paid for an XP upgrade prior to the level curve update was ever charged AGAIN for the XP upgrade, they were simply upgraded, for their previous payment, to the 8xp rate, which is the rate the CoLA sim chains have, 8xp...except on double XP weekends but when I do those I give double XP to ALL CCS sims.

And if I'm fleecing the community, at least I've still got sheep that I care for, you on the other hand, you unethical bastard, are slaughtering your sheep faster than you can get more and stealing sheep out of other peoples pastures and slaughtering those too, all to enrich you and only you. You don't pay the expenses of the WARPS network, you don't even run the servers or pay for the bandwidth you twit. So don't wander around telling people I'm fleecing ANYONE, I don't charge people 3x over tier rate for land, I barely charge people for land AT all.

Actually no, theres a lot of WARPS players going all over the place, and some DCS players ending up in CCS, players move around, but I can guarantee you that DCS isn't doing anything more unusual than its been doing over the last two years.

And whats more, DCS doesn't talk to you, cause the creator of it thinks you're a gigantic self important windbag who couldn't tie his own shoes.

Of course you're not trying to get them to convert.....I mean why else would you spend an hour and a half talking to them about how evil Suz is? And Uber weapons by Mel? Seriously? Melanie doesn't even make weapons...every single weapon made for CCS is made by 3rd party designers that were given the API for free, just like we gave YOU the API for free, for ATek, except these designers are actually....far better designers than you ever were and of course, we have an API and you don't have shit, because your "API project" has been in the works ever since you figured out how to disable the CCS API from talking to your allegedly "licensed" combat system.

Oh and let me put this in bold print so you get it through your thick fucking skull you cretin.

I didn't code one line of my system....not one line...apparently, in Luxa's world, Baron did.

I designed CCS, you can ask Jora, without both of us it would not have been possible, the advances we've made since Luxa/Sic's betrayal, due to the help of Melanie have been intensely good, but even Melanie will tell you that I contribute codework and design to the system. So...once again, the truth, and Luxa/Sic's view of the world. If I didn't have a huge amount of contribution to this project I wouldn't be 100% copyright owner of said project. And whats more, I didn't even KNOW anyone named Baron Nowhere until AFTER WARPS came out...so how did he "code a good chunk of ccs"? Someone please answer this for me in a manner that makes sense.

Ten minutes ago hes not trying to get them to convert, ten minutes later, the sales pitch!

First, CCS is one GAME, it is not one UNIVERSE, it is one game, played in many different ways by around 300 or so seperate sims as of this time. I dictate to NO ONE, beyond the terms of use agreement which states that admin abuse of the system or the allowance of excessive camping can result in the loss of the system. I don't tell Demonia Arliss who she can ban in her sims, I don't tell Ravenal Ashby how to run the game in her sim, I don't tell Cross Voight how to handle the players in his sim. All CCS sim owners are autonomous outside of the terms of use agreement.

Does that "almost no oversite" ((its oversight....please learn to spell, you're in college after all for gods sake)) cover shutting down XP tick on WARPS universes external to NoR when those universes start pulling more NoR players than NoR does....like...Mandinka? Hrrrm? I've never once shut down ANYONES XP tick, I didn't even shut down YOUR xp tick, you snake, I just re-regulated you down to normal non-affilated sim XP, of the time, when you tried your little power play between me and Jora that didn't work. And thats what the whole fraud of WARPS was really about, you weren't in control, you got ahold of the system, and after we stopped treating you like you were special because you were the first CCS sim to get CCS other than CoLA (because believe me, you weren't fucking special at all, you were the biggest headache I've ever dealt with in my life, thankfully I have a big dose of execedrin in the mail to you....like....right now). you made ANOTHER power play, by stealing the code and ordering Baron to "write" WARPS and license it to you, giving you a nice fall guy in Baron, and giving you plausible deniability in being involved at all....except...thats only how that works in your HEAD. You don't have plausible deniability, at all. My legal team has assured me of that.

So there is the spiel, now heres the deal:

•  No CCS sim, currently at 6xp or 8xp has wasted their time, nor their money, in regards to the game. XP will still apply to CCSII, it just takes out levels, and replaces them with multi-faceted character development....ergo...MORE FUN.

• No CCS sim will be FORCED to change to CCSII, I can run the systems side by side, if you prefer CCSI (with the 4.9-8 release on monday, you very well will, the new features we're adding are ridiculously surprising.

• CCSI and CCSII will have an XP bridging system that allows you to invest all your current character time into development lines of the new system.

• CCSI and CCSII will have custom viewer support, and that viewer will be forward or backward compatible with either system, allowing for much less lag in regards to the game, we expect the first viewer release to be within a few weeks of the 4.9-8 update.

 Sorry for the length of this post, but I get tired of constantly having this asshat run around SL telling flat out LIES to attempt to take control of what I brought to Second Life. Hes stolen from, sabotaged, lied to, slandered, libeled and forced hundreds of people, under duress, to try to get his way.

And I am the one person who does not fear him, at all. I will not be silenced. I will not shut up. And I will NEVER stop telling the truth.

So you, Sicarius, should:

1. Stop running your mouth, because everyone you talk to, talks to me. EVERYONE...you have maybe 3 people that you are truly safe with. Other than that, you'd best stop talking at all. In fact it would be best if you just dissapeared and only communicated via email to the 3 people you can trust, cause...everyone else is watching you and sending me everything you say and do.
2. Learn to spell, because its a damn scary thought that someone that professes a personal wish to become a lawyer can't fucking communicate at a college level with other individuals, especially when there are plenty of individuals that aren't in college that express themselves in a far more erudite manner than you do.
3. Stop reading my fucking website if this "[19:01]  Sicarius Fegte: Well suz would ahve everyone believe that all we do is devise ways to bring "his game" (that he didnt program one line of, down).  Fact is we are blessfully free of our former partner and couldnt care less about suz"  is true....seriously, if you didn't care about me or CCS you wouldn't be spending your every fucking waking hour trying to take me down before I take you down. Its not my fault you have no original ideas of your own and you have to fucking steal your ideas out of my forums, maybe if more people USED your forums, you could steal their ideas, but the 220 users on the WARPS forums don't seem to have much to say, so I guess you're stuck in your usual mode of trying to steal ideas from ME.
4. Call your lawyer and get ready because I am coming for you and I am coming armed with a lawyer that can go anywhere and no amount of working the system through appeals and motions will stop us, we already know what your legal plan is Sicarius and I assure you we've prepared for it(Once again maybe you should stop sharing your emails with people in SL? I dunno...just a suggestion), with multiple solutions to whatever attempts you're going to make to try to outspend me  and force me to drop the case. You will not outspend me, its hard to outspend an unlimited firm budget and a lawyer on contingency.
5. Sell up and get out, because, theres not much left of your yellow brick road sir.
6. Consider a new profession, because law will be a hard road for you after this. I guarantee it.
7. PDF up this news post and give it to your lawyer and complain about how I'm committing libel, so he can laugh in your face and call you an idiot.
8. Just stop lying to people.....jesus christ how much can you lie before your tongue turns black and falls out of your head?
